Agreement overview
By installing and using the Claude AI to Notion Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, uninstall and discontinue use.
1. Acceptance of terms
Downloading, installing, or using the extension binds you to these Terms. This is a legal agreement between you and the developers of Claude AI to Notion.
2. Description of service
- Export conversations from Claude AI to Notion in Markdown format.
- Batch export multiple conversations at once.
- Customize export settings and organization.
- Maintain privacy with local-only processing.
3. User responsibilities
3.1 Lawful use
You agree to lawful, compliant use. Do not:
- Export or distribute content violating IP rights.
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the extension.
- Harvest personal information about others.
- Disrupt the Service or connected servers.
3.2 Content responsibility
- You are responsible for the content you export.
- Ensure you have rights to export/store that content.
- Comply with Claude AI’s own terms.
- Manage your exports and data security.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 Extension rights
The extension (code/design/docs) is protected by IP laws. You get a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.
4.2 User content
You own your exported content. We claim no ownership over your conversations or files.

Privacy practices follow our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference).

- All conversation processing is local.
- We do not store or access personal conversations.
- Only anonymous usage analytics are collected.
- You retain full control over your data.
6. Service availability
6.1 Uptime
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may occur.
6.2 Updates
We may update the extension for fixes/features. Updates ship via the Chrome Web Store.
7. Disclaimers and limitations
7.1 Service disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use of the Service.
7.3 Third-party services
We integrate with Claude AI and Notion. We are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or terms.
8. Termination
8.1 By you
Uninstall the extension anytime.
8.2 By us
We may suspend/terminate access if you violate these Terms or act harmfully.
8.3 Effect
Rights cease immediately. Exported files remain in your Notion vault.

Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
